When I was reading a book, I met an expression of which I couldnt understand the meaning. "His baggage had baggage." What does this sentence mean? Does this mean "He was in trable"? Could you tell me the meaning?

If you have "baggage" it's an idiom that means you have something in your life that is an impediment, or obstruction.
For example, it may be something like a criminal record preventing you from traveling freely; an estranged wife, or children from a previous marriage complicating a current romantic relationship.
If the writer says that, "Even his baggage has baggage!" It is a humorous way to say that he has a great amount of "baggage".
Impedimenta, which is the Latin word from which the English word impediment is derived, means "baggage".
