Hi Everybody,
could u please explain the following:
The Distributor shall not pledge the credit of the Company in any way or bind or attempt to bind it by contract or otherwise.

I believe that means that the distributor (the person who gets the material from the company and then passes it on to stores for it to be sold, or perhaps sells it) shall not tell anyone that the company will pay for something, for example an improvement to the distributor's warehouse, or say the company will pay for something when the company didn't agree to it. |
