| Dare to change the world sounds more natural. |

Hello Maham niece hearing from you again
I agree with BobS and might add that 'dare' can be used as a regular verb with 'to' or a modal auxilliary without 'to'
Usage as a regular verb is common' such as in
'I didn't dare to open the door.'
'Did he dare to call you?'
' He's a man who dares to say what he thinks.'
When used as a modal auxilliary 'dare' does not take 'do', 'to' and is not inflected in the third person singular '-s'
'Dare she tell him.'
'I daren't say what I think.'
Personaly I am beginning to feel that the differencee between 'to dare' as a regular verb and 'dare' as a modal auxilliary is not in meaning but emphasis. I will try to explain what I mean using two examples.
'She did not dare to go to the police because she had been threatened.'
'to dare' as a regular verb with 'do support' and 'to'.
'She daren't go to anybody! She's a coward. I know her.'
'dare' as a modal auxilliary without 'do-support' and 'to'.
Does that help?
