could someone please explain what does "prepaid first class post" and "Special Delivery post" mean?

Hi Kate unfortunately I can�t really help you on that one. I did life in the UK some years put hardly used the mail. I do know though that first class is (suposedly) faster than second class. Check their website under "Royal Mail", they are bound to have some explanation there.
