Is the following sentence correc?
Please help us postpone all the interviews before September, but not included product presentations.
If not, can I re-write it as:
Please help us postpone all the interviews before September, but product presentations not included.
Please help us postpone all the interviews before September, but product presentations are not included.
Can the verb after 'but' omit sometimes?
Any comment is welcom!!

Not quite. In this case, but functions as a preposition, so the verb form should function as a noun object of the preposition which means you need a gerund including.

The second sentence works fine.

Yes, you can simply write but not product presentations. In that case, but-not is a conjunction: postpone all interviews but not presentations, and that actually gives the sentence better balance and better flow.
