Which can be the opposite meaning of #1 among #2,3,4, and 5?
If there is not the opposite among them, can you recommend a good expression which means the opposite of 'It slipped my mind'?

It's difficult to come up with an opposite idea. There are two ideas implicit in the first sentence: I knew it, then I forgot it. So what is the opposite? I knew it and didn't forget it? Or I never knew it but still remembered it? That doesn't make sense. So, first decide what you think the opposite is, then we can give you an appropriate phrase.

I made up my mind to change the question to asking a question which is as follows.

Are #2,#3,and #4 the same meaning?
