2. is not correct.
3. is rather coarse
4. is very old

In general, this isn't something you'd want to discuss in public. (That is, we generally ignore the smell and pretend it didn't happen. However, if you are at home and it's with family members, you could just say, "Hey, who farted?" It's not appropriate anywhere else, if you ask me.
