They are slightly different.
Do you think you can get me off? implies that I will be judged not guilty for some reason. Maybe in truth I am guilty or not guilty.
Do you think I can get away with it? implies that you are definitely guilty but you will not be punished (judged not guilty or judged guilty with very little or no punishment).
