Hi,
1. Is the following sentence correct? If not, what is the correct expression? Or, can it be re-written in different ways?
I'll tell you soon what correct one is to your machine.
2. When to use 'what' and when to use 'which'?
In the above sentence, can I write: I'll tell you soon which one is correct to your machine.?
Thank you very much.

As written, the sentence is incorrect and it is not clear to me what you intended to say. |

Hi oblix, I meant to say "I'll tell you soon about the correct parts which is fit to your machine." But I was not sure of the sentence 'I'll tell you soon what the correct one is to your machine.' is right or not. I cannot quite understand the usage between 'what' and 'which'. Thanks! _________________ Less Is Blessed |

You could say:
I'll tell you soon which parts fit your machine.
I'll tell you soon which are the correct parts for your machine. _________________ You live a new life for every new language you speak. -Czech proverb |
