Hello!
I dont understand the sentence They dont come to my office alone. Would you tell me which of the statements below it means?
#1 When they come to my office together, they come with another person or others.
#2 When anyone of them comes to my office, he or she comes with another person or others.
If both are incorrect, would you tell me the correct meaning?
Thanks in advance |

#2 sounds correct. _________________ "It is impossible to speak in such a way that you cannot be misunderstood." -- Karl Popper |
