Quote:
1.You can find out if the person to whom you sent an e-mail have seen it through your email account.
2.You can check if the person to whom you sent an e-mail have seen it through your email account.
3.You can confirm if the person to whom you sent an e-mail have seen it through your email account.

I made the above examples.

1.Do they make sense?
2.If so, are they the same meaning?

Thanks.

1.You can find out if the person to whom you sent an e-mail has seen it through your email account.
2.You can check if the person to whom you sent an e-mail has seen it through your email account.
3.You can confirm that the person to whom you sent an e-mail has seen it through your email account.

Written as above it could be interpreted as the guy you sent the email to had been able to see it through your email account.

better would be:
1.You can find out through your email account if ( or whether) the person to whom you sent an e-mail has seen it
2.You can check through your email account if (or whether) the person to whom you sent an e-mail has seen it
3.You can confirm through your email account that the person to whom you sent an e-mail has seen it.

You could also start off the sentences with the phrase through your email account. Like this:

Through your email account, you can find out whether the person to whom you sent an email has seen it.

And so on.
