In the following passage, I don't know the meaning of the last part 'which have a strong Indonesian resonance.' Please tell me its meaning.

'Recent research indicates that the Malagasy people of Madagascar likely originated in Indonesia, some 3,700 miles to the east of Madagascar in the Indian Ocean. Although there have never been any archaeological finds on the island that point unequivocally to Indonesia, linguistic and cultural evidence strongly support this theory. Malagasy, for example, is a Malayo-Polynesian language that strikingly overlaps with Ma'anyan, a tongue spoken in Kalimantan in southeastern Indonesia. This linguistic lineage has cultural parallels such as rice cultivation, ancestor cult, and the widespread use of outrigger canoes which have a strong Indonesian resonance.'

As a metaphor, to resonate means to relate in a deep or important way.
So even if an Indonesian person does not personally cultivate rice, practice ancestor worship, or make outrigger canoes, these things are so deep in the collective culture, any Indonesian person will know about them and relate to them in some personal way.
