I read a sentence:

Aren't there some dogs under the car?

Q: Can we put negative(aren't) and "some" together in an interrogative sentences?

"Aren't there any dogs under the car?" might be strictly more grammatical. However "some" sounds acceptable, especially if the implication is that the answer is yes.
