Hi there
Can you tell me where the subject is in this sentence?
"Care must be taken when using an electric saw."
I don't see where the subject is. Thank you.

It is implied. "Care must be taken [by people / by everyone] when using an electric saw."
It is more direct to say, "People must be careful when using an electric saw." The only reason to write it in the passive voice is to emphasize the element of care that must be taken.
