Which are correct:

1-When he saw needy and hungry people, he offered his own meals to eat.
2-When he saw that we didn't have a car, he offered his own car to go to the beach.
3-He often lends his tools to repair things with.
4-If the other computers aren't on, he often offers his own computer to access the net.
5-He has often offered his shoulder to cry on.

None of them are really wrong, but you should be more clear about who is receiving the benefit of the action using "for/to <pronoun>"

1-When he saw needy and hungry people, he offered his own meals for them to eat.
2-When he saw that we didn't have a car, he offered his own car to us to go to the beach.
3-He often lends his tools to people to repair things with.
4-If the other computers aren't on, he often offers his own computer for others to access the net.
5-He has often offered his shoulder for me to cry on.

And there I've been using shorter forms of the full version: "He often lends his tools TO others FOR them to repair things with."
