What is "a liitle bumpy" when talking about your driving style?
From the context, it's not about a bumpy road.

Just guessing, but it could mean that the driver hits the brake too hard too often, so instead of gently decelerating to a complete stop, they bump their speed down in a jerky style. Does that sound like it matches the context?
