Hi Muni,

1. Both are probably grammitical, but it is conventional to say "the news" when referring to news reports on TV or radio. So: "I want to listen to the news," or "I want to hear the news." 'Watch' or 'listen to' is more usual for TV. ("I want to watch the news.") 'Listen to' or 'hear' is more common for radio.

2. Yes!

3. The word you are looking for is 'photostat' (one word - no 'e'). It is much more common to say 'copy' (or sometimes 'photocopy'). Otherwise your sentence is good: "Page 24 is blank in my book. Can you copy this page from your book and send it to me?" (You could also replace 'this' with 'it.' 'This' is fine, but 'it' is probably a little more natural.)

Good job, Muni. Many of your sentences lately seem more complex, yet they are usually correct or nearly so!
