It's understandable, but not what a native speaker would say.
First, use present tense for something that is always or usually true. And there is no need to use both "such a" and "compared to" together. (Actually, "as....as... "would be a more common form of comparison than "such a."
Finally, it might be more polite to refer to black or white people.
Therefore:
Black people still don't get as good an education as white people.
OR
Black people still don't get a good education compared to white people. |
