I am a college student in Taiwan.
Actually, I do not have strong confidence in my English ability.
I have a question.
I want to know yours impression on Taiwan's English speaking.
It is weird or funny?
What do you think about ours intonation?

I have heard people from Taiwan speaking English. There are many different levels of competence. Some of them are good; some not so good. The ones I have heard all have an accent. Some more; some less.
It is hard to generalize about so many people.

There is a slight error in this sentence - you do not need the s on your

Otherwise, your English is correct.
