2.You must have got me mixed up with someone else.
3.You must mix me up with someone else
4.You must have mixed me up with someone else.
5.I must have got the times mixed up.

1.Do they all make sense?
2.What's the difference among #1 through #4?
3.In #5, what does 'the times' mean?

Thanks.

1, 2 and 4 all make sense. They all mean the same thing, the difference in word order makes no difference in meaning.

3. It is phrased as an instruction and under most circumstances would not make any sense. I would avoid it.

5. 'The times' just refers to a number of different times e.g. 4:00, 1:00, 8:00, etc.

You can use it in a sentence like this.

"I thought our appointment was a 4:00, not 5:00. I'm sorry I must of got the times mixed up".
