My favorite Japanese sweet is mitarashidango.
I am going to introduce process about it.
It is rice-cake and it is skewered.
And it is barbecue and slathered sweet sauce.

I like it because the feel of eating is only it.
And sweet sauce is different from Western-style confectionery.

Please eat it when you come to Japan!!
