there was deep steel in Eddie junkie or non junkie.henry and Balazar knew it,that is why he had been sent.most of them thought he had gone beacause he was hooked through the bag and back aagain.he knew it,henry knew it,balazar knew too.but only he and henry knew he would have gone even if he was as straight as a stake

"Hooked" is slang for addicted to drugs; the words seem to suggest that the person was extremely addicted. But others may be more familiar with this type of slang.

"Bag", is slang for scrotum. So if you are hooked through your scrotum, you are seriously hooked. "And back", indicates that you are doubly well-hooked.
