The subject is it, so you need to use the object form which is me. |

but it is wrong to say
"it's her"
in this sentence the object form has been used but it is grammatically wrong and it should be
"it's she" |

The verb to be acts like an equals sign, so the predicate should be in the same case as the subject. Here, the subject is it, acting as a sort of place holder.
Correct:
It is I. It is you. It is he. It is she. It is we. It is you. It is they.
