The subject is it, so you need to use the object form which is me.

but it is wrong to say
"it's her"
in this sentence the object form has been used but it is grammatically wrong and it should be
"it's she"

The verb to be acts like an equals sign, so the predicate should be in the same case as the subject. Here, the subject is it, acting as a sort of place holder.

Correct:

It is I. It is you. It is he. It is she. It is we. It is you. It is they.

Still, in casual conversation, most people would say, "It is me / It's me."
