What is the difference between, "in that time" and "at that time"?
I think "in that time" happens during a specific period of time or an alloted time. For example: He had eight minutes. In that time, he...
I think "at that time" specifies a time when something happened in the past. For example: In a history book talking about the pilgrams: At that time, there was no electricity.

You are correct! Good examples, too!
