Which one is better?

A. have reached B. are reaching
3. i wonder if i could use your computer.
Could the answer " Yes, why not?" be right?

Please note that the first person singular pronoun "I" is always capitalised. |

Thank you for your reply and your kind reminding.
As for question 2, I think it is a part of telephone recording, which is common practice in the west. But the answer given is B.
So the answer is wrong, isn't it, according to the reality?

Once you have got the answering machine you have reached the number..."You are reaching" is not correct.
It is smart of you to have noticed. |
