[1] Good smells it.
[2] Good it smells.
[3] Good smells the flower.
[4] Good the flower smells.

Question1: Which one is incorrect?

[5] Bitter will taste it to the mouth.
[6] Bitter will it taste to the mouth.
[7] Bitter it will taste to the mouth.
[8] Bitter will taste good medicine to the mouth.
[9] Bitter will good medicine taste to the mouth.
[10] Bitter good medicine will taste to the mouth.

Question2: Which one is incorrect?

All of these are incorrect.
[1] and [2] It smells good.
[3] and [4] The flower smells good.

Quote:

[9] Bitter will good medicine taste to the mouth.

These are also incorrect. You don't need to say "to the mouth." Using the word "taste" lets us know that the mouth is involved.
[6] and [7] It will taste bitter.
[8], [9], and [10] Good medicine will taste bitter.
