_____shopping on Sundays seems to my mother a rule never to be broken.
A. Go B. To go C. Going D. Gone

I think both B and C are grammatically correct? Am I right? If not, which one is better and the reason?

The rain coat is two sizes ______for me
A.too large B.very large C.larger D.more large

I think both A and C are grammatically correct? Am I right? If not, which one is better and the reason?

Thank you very much

Hi!

Quote:

You're right--people would use both B and C, but C would be more natural. And you don't really need either one! You could just start the sentence with "Shopping."
The sentence itself is a little awkward. I'd rewrite it like this:
"To my mother, shopping on Sundays is a rule that can never be broken."

A.too large B.very large C.larger D.more large

The only correct response is A.

Hope this helps!
