On a web site, I found this sentence.
First, which one is correct? Or Are all these sentences correct?
Why?

[3] The harder you try to grip it, the faster does it disappear.
[4] The harder you try to grip it, the faster it disappears.
Second, which one is correct? Or Are all these sentences correct?

Neither one is correct. It should say:
In addition, the more entities the company recruits to market its products, the faster its marketing potential grows.

#4 is correct.
Why? We can use comparatives with the...the to say that things change or vary together, or that they are systematically related.
More examples:
The more I study, the more confused I become.
The worse the economy, the more we worry about our jobs.
The older I get, the happier I am.
The more dangerous it is, the more she likes it.
A common English is expression is "The more the merrier." Have you heard that used? It means more people equals more fun.
