Huffing refuses a person to properly judge how to handle a car.
Please tell me if the `refusesis completely wrong or awkward , but acceptable. |

Hi,
I am confused by the whole sentence--can you please let us know more about the context? It sounds like "denies" might be a more appropirate choice: "Huffing denies that anyone else can properly judge the best way to handle a car."
Perhaps other teachers can translate this better... |
