I want to know the use of HAVING. In which situations we can use To have and HAVING. Can we start the sentence with Having.

Hello!

Welcome to Dave's ESL Cafe!

Yes, you can start a sentence with "having." It is a gerund that is working as a noun.

Examples:
"Having just finished eating, I was in no mood for exercise."
"Having been sick with the flu, he didn't want to eat very much."
"Having seen the horror film, they didn't want to walk down the dark street."
