1.I saw #1 in a book in which the author said that #1 means that
'You're making me angry.' I looked it up in my English dictionary but
I could not find out it. Could you tell me what #1 means?
2.I saw #2 in a book but I think that #2 is incorrect and instead 'You're cut out for the job.' is correct. Could you inform me if I'm right?

1. "You're getting on my nerves." means that you are starting to make me angry, or that I am losing patience with you.
2. "You're cut out for the job." is correct. Good job!
