What is the context of the sentence?
It could mean more than one thing.
1. Checking yourself out might mean to look at yourself in a mirror to see if you look good or not. So, "Don't check yourself out" would be a command to not look in the mirror.
2. Checking yourself out could also mean to sign out from a hospital or clinic. So, "Don't check yourself out" would mean don't leave the hospital. _________________
