Firstly you have able to find what is INDENPENDENT VARIABLE and what is DEPENDENT VARIABLE.
If the date is looks likes a strate line is call LINE OF BEST FIT. That means it is linear relaship between two variables y=mx+c
Slop is gradient that is rise over run is (m)
Nonlinear relationships.
one of this relationship is Quadratic Relationship between two varibles
y=ax^2+bx+C
So you need to spend more time to supperate indenpendent and dependent varibles.
then you will speed more time on finding equation of linear relationhip.
the equation of nonlinear relationship is more harder than linear relationship.
