"People are always rushing these days, and they are not going to want to read long articles. The point is that you should write a 400 600 word article. That range is ideal because articles that look like college discourse will be perceived easily, and articles shorter than 300 words do not seem to provide enough information. Four-to-six-hundred-word articles allow you to effectively inform in a brief style."
Why "will be perceived easily" instead of "will not be perceived easily" althogh the writer seems to think long articles will be dfficult for many common people? |

I agree with you...this does seem a bit confusing in the context of the paragraph. The only way I can make sense of this is to assume the writer means that articles that look like college discourse and are in the 400—600 word range will be perceived easily. That kind of makes sense, I guess, but the writer certainly could have written the sentence a bit more clearly.
