| Can I omit all the commons in the following sentence "Language use,and cultural pratice generally,is seem as "dialogical",in dialogue and potential conflicts with other uses of language, other culturaltexts and practices."?why? |

PugachevV is right. It's barely comprehensible. First of all, no, you can't omit all the commas. The result will be even more incomprehensible than it is now, if that's possible. For example, if you omit the two commas that set off the phrase "and cultural practice generally" you create a subject composed of two parts, which would require the plural verb are.
I don't mean to nitpick, Mark, but some of the incomprehensibility stems from spelling and typographical errors you have made in copying the sentence. That can really make things difficult for people trying to respond to questions.
