What does it mean by "a whirlwind" in a sentence, "Since graduation, Michael's life has been a whirlwind. Last November, he headed to LA."?
Thank you. |

If you imagine that Michael's life has really changed quickly, and there have been many positive changes in his life since he graduated & moved to Los Angeles, then it is easy to understand why the author has chosen to use the word "whirlwind" in the sentence:
"Since graduation, Michael's life has been a whirlwind. Last November, he headed to LA."
Hope that helps
