Dear friends,
I wonder what's the difference between those two sentences:
I wanna go some shopping.
I wanna do some shopping. |

Difference? The first one is wrong, the second one is right.
Leave out the word some in the first sentence: "I wanna go shopping."
We sometimes use the dummy verb do in situations where the action in question is contained in the form of a gerund or is clearly understood. For example:
"I'm going to do the dishes."
(Well, I'm not planning to juggle them...more than likely I'm going to wash them.)
When we say "go verb-ing," it's normally some activity that requires you to go somewhere to do it. For example:
"I want to go swimming."
(You need to go to the pool, beach, etc. Your bathtub is too small. )
"I want to go jogging."
(Well, you can't go jogging in your living room...)
When we say "do some verb-ing," no such restriction applies. It could be almost any activity done anywhere, and the word some is normally included.
