Someone said that #1,#2, and #3 are the same meaning.
But I can't believe it. As far as I know, the word 'pop off' means to blow.

I think if you pop off about something it means you keep talking about it. The Brits say "Banging on," when they mean the same thing.
Pop off is also an informal way to say "die". e.g. Bill popped off last week. |
