Dear teachers,
What's the differences between these sentences?
1. How do you think about it?
2. What do you think about it?
3. How about it?
4. What about it?
Thank you in advance. |

This means "In what manner do you think about it?" I'm willing to bet money that this is not what you're trying to say.

This basically means I'm asking for your opinion of something.
This sounds like I'm trying to get you to make a decision, or maybe get you to agree with my idea/suggestion.
This could mean a bunch of things, one of which is the same as 3.
