				| Vegetarian Patties with Tomato Salsa and Egg n Lettuce Salad

I've just had enough time to do some cooking again. Teaching all semester has left me with no time, but now I have had enough time to cook some tasty food.

This is a really cheap and easy recipe to make at home, and you can buy all the ingredients in Beijing. You can read how to make it here http://www.damn-english.com/?p=370

				| Great photos! Thanks for sharing them.
I can't quite tell--are you cooking vegetarian? What is it like to find the ingredients you need for your recipes?

				| I've been taking a lot of photos of food and writing up little recipes in English and Chinese, some of them are vegetarian yeah, but a couple have meat too. I guess mostly I have been cooking vegetarian food.
Recipes like; vegetable pie, curry samosa, bean enchilada, and even sticky date pudding!

				| Your pattie looks very much like my lentil burgers I wonder if, by chance, they are related. And are they as delicious? _________________

				| I cook for my family somttimes. I like cooking, but I can not do it often.
 There are two reason:
First, I do not have enough time.
Second, I do love the food made by myself.
Everytime I cook, I will eat too much. I am afraid I will be fat quickly if I cooked everyday!
