|
|
Hi!
It's clear to me that we say:
- Let's go on Monday.
- Let's go in the morning.
Now, what preposition, if any is used here:
- Let's go Monday morning.
This sounds fine to me as it is, but do you ever use any preposition here?
Also,
We say:
- My birthday is June, 25th.
- My birthday is in June.
Is it possible to say:
- My birthday is in June, 25th.
or it's incorrect?
Thanks a lot in advance! |

Most people usually say "Let's go Monday morning," but there's nothing wrong with adding the preposition on here. You will occasionally hear native speakers say "Let's go on Monday morning." It's fine, just less common.

Nope, sorry. That's wrong. You can also say "My birthday in on June 25th." Remember: on a day, in a month. Incidentally, don't put a comma between June and 25th. That's wrong.
