Hello,
Please help me.
What does 'company director'(mentioned below) mean?
Is it the president or CEO? I know that there are several executive directors in a company. Does it refer to one of them?
In an effort to decrease the number of minor injuries due to tired muscles and stress, the company director has hired a small staff of massage therapists.

| It's hard to be certain without more information, but as the text says 'the company director' it implies either the director has been mentioned earlier in the text, or the director in question is the 'main' one - probably the highest-ranking director in the company. It's difficult to be sure without more context though, the description is quite vague! |
