hello,
I looked up minority report and understand what it means.
Minor report....
does it have to do with minority report?
or does it just mean not very important... trivial report?
Thanks

If you mean "minority report" as in the 2002 movie Minority Report starring Tom Cruise, Max von Sydow, and Colin Farrell, go here:
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0181689/plotsummary
If you still have trouble with this, let us know.
If you're not talking about the movie Minority Report, I'm afraid I can't help you.
The only other context in which I have heard the phrase "minority report" used is a Senate Minority Report, which is a government report issued by the U.S. Senate Minority (the Republicans or the Democrats, whichever currently has fewer members in the Senate).

If you just looked up the words "minority" and "report" in the dictionary, then I have bad news: you don't understand what it means in reference to the movie.

Hello
Thank you for your answer.
I have seen the movie, and know what minority report means.
The problem is I encountered "minor report" reading a passage,
and wondered whether it means the same as minority report
or just "not important report".
I am asking about "minor report" not "minority report"
Thanks

The meaning of the phrase "minor report" would only be clear in context. And that context is...what?
