I think that the means of transport focuses on "by(with) what we transport something",
while the method of transport focuses on "how to transport something".
For example
1) the means of transport : the products were transported by ship(by car, by airplane etc).
2) the method of transport : the products were transported by sea(by land, by air etc). |
