|
|
Hi,
Can anyone help me to check this sentence?
"A team event with three teams, each with a lead designer and two assistants."
I read it from a website and I think the sentence needs a verb or it's correct without a verb?
ps.
The whole paragraph is:
The designers created a new look for rising rock star Sarah Hudson. A team event with three teams, each with a lead designer and two assistants. Each team had $150 USD and one day to complete the design. |

| The item you quote is fairly typical of the kind of English you can expect from press releases. To be correct English it does need a verb... e.g. It is or it will be or it was a team event etc. |
