A plural of RBI is RBIs. Is its pronunciation Runs Batted In or Run Batted Ins?

It is runs batted in. There are some people who write it RBI for both singular and plural, and even some baseball announcers who pronounce it RBI in the plural--Davis had two hits and four RBI last night--but mostly we write and say RBIs in the plural, and always runs batted in for the plural.
