As per the dictionary said: crusted means �having a hardened crust as a covering�
However, could please tell me, for the dishes below� what is the connection to �hardened cover�, I have no idea to understand them in a menu!!
curry-crusted ahi
Panko-Crusted Salmon Cake Salad
Macadamia Nut Crusted Pork Loin
macadamia-crusted fish
Herb Crusted Tilapia
Maui Onion Crusted Ahi Steak
Macadamia Nut Crusted Prawns

Each one tells you what is used to make the crust, or the top cover, of the dish.
Curry-crusted ahi is ahi with a layer of curry as a crust on the top. Etc.
