He dosen`t take responsibilty for the kids.
He doesn`t take responsibilities for the kids.
Is `responsibilities�totally wrong or acceptable? |

He dosen`t take responsibilty for the kids. Watch spelling: doesn't; responsibility.
Use the singular. He doesn't take responsibility for the kids. He shirks responsibility. It is like duty.
The plural would be used for designating individual things that a person is responsible for. It is like duties. He has many responsibilities at work, and even more at home.
