I am new myself, trying this edit and hoping moderators will correct mine as well so we can all learn. Thanks.

I am in trouble. How can I speak English well? I think my problems are that I am always confused, and that I am not in an environment that I can practice the language. Certainly, I am still at the same level without any improvement. Needless to say I am very disappointed and at times I feel helpless.

Although I have tried watching movies, readings and listening to music, all I understood are some key words, not an entire story, so my efforts are not helping either. In addition, I have used "teaching aids" to help me remember words, phrases, and grammar rules so I could use them later in speeches, but I forgot them very fast. I am determined but I don't have good study skills. I just don't read well.

What can I do? Could someone suggest or recommand something such that someday I can speak English well, without having to go abroad to study? I hope someone can help or make corrections of my writings.

Hi,BMO
I appreciated you to make correction and edit for me.Is my English so bad?You can still see that.Don't laugh me. I have many questions about English in my mind all the time.I hpoe someone can help or make corrections.
I think that people go abroad, their English must get better.DO you think?so I envy of you.ARE you American or move to there?I'm curioused. You must speak English great.
I read a lot ,but not useful.I don't know when can use that.Increasingly I don't know it .English is so terrible. My head is getting heavy and heavy.Don't any methods? Do you have the questions as same as I?
Whenever I hope we can keep in touch,I can't go abroad, but you can make my friend.if you will?I hope my English isn't so bad.seriosly I can't express,if I wrote inappropriate words, you can forgive it.nice to meet you.
