Hello everyone!! I haven't been here for a while... it's nice to be back.
So, I heard that in the USA, you can't buy stuff by credit card and parcell the total of your bill (i don't know the right word for this).
Is that true?
If not, then what's the right word for that?
Thank you |

You can buy just about anything on a credit card in the USA, so you are probably misinformed. |

Not sure what you mean by "parcel the total of your bill." You can pay the whole bill off, or you can pay it in installments, if that is what you meant. |

You can also buy anything by Credit Card here in the UK, and as suggested by Lorikeet can either pay off the total in one payment or in installments. Don't know about the USA, but usually there are interest and admin charges added onto the total amount due if you do decide to pay the bill in installments. I have also used my credit card in Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia and Japan - usually with a charge to change the money spent from local currency to Pounds Sterling.
Hope this helps
